Q: Who do I call if I
have a problem with my T1 or DSL line?
A: You can contact San Diego T1 Service and we will either solve the
issue ourselves or call the appropriate support line for you.
Q: I have AT&T. Can I get
another phone provider?
A: Most of the time, yes. It depends on where you’re located and
what sort of contract you are under. Give us a call and we’ll let
you know if you’re eligible for other service providers.
Q: How do I know I’m
getting the best deal?
A: San Diego T1 Service works with a variety of providers to offer you
the phone service that best suits your needs. You can always comparison
shop, but you won’t find better prices for the same quality of
service.
Q: Is San Diego T1 Service a
reputable company?
A: San Diego T1 Service operates as a subsidiary of Harris & Wyatt,
LLC. We were founded in 2003 right here in San Diego. We service
hundreds of clients with phone and computer network needs.
Q: Does San Diego T1 Service
do wiring and sell phone systems, too?
A: Yes, we have partners with excellent track records that provide
wiring, networking and hardware systems, such as Local Computer Pros for computer
networks.
Q: Will my current phone
system work with my new T1 or DSL?
A: Usually, yes. You may wish to upgrade, however. Also, some VoIP
systems require specialized hardware to provide advanced services.
